I bought this domain name because I thought it was clever. And because I love meat.
I also gave it up for awhile. Life happens. But I really want to get back into this because I enjoy it and it helps keep me fresh because I’m not writing about HR all day.
I was literally raised in a butcher shop. As early as I can remember, I can see my dad and grandfather in white aprons pushing around large sides of various animals around on rails. I remember sneaking in tastes of bacon and ham as it came from the smokehouse. As I got older, I helped out around the shop as best as I could.
And that was the end of it: I was a meat lover for life.
Now I hope to bring that same passion to you. I’ll be talking about meat non-stop here, answering any questions you have and imparting the wisdom that a lifetime of a living, breathing carnivore can do for you.
